OGUN-AJA: THE LAND OF WAR!
Episode 7

Uja, with anger went to Omasan's house. He knocked three times.
"Omasan, open this door else I break it down!" He said in anger.
"Wooooow! Big brother Samuel! You came to my house today" She said, opening the door.
"I have warned you against calling me that name. My name is Uja, not Samuel!" He said, sitting down.
"I grew up hearing mommy calling you that name. She told me everything about your birth, how she prayed and asked God for a boy child to open her womb, and that she would dedicate the child to Him. She was barren for twenty-five (25) years before your birth, that was why she gave you the name Samuel. God forbid that I should call you the name those wicked blood-thirsty demons gave you..." She has not finished talking before Uja landed a hot slap on her cheek.
"One more word from you, and I will send you to your early grave!" He warned her.
She kept quiet and sat down.
"What brought you here?" She asked him quietly.
"Your price is on my table!" He said in a short sentence and she understood what he meant, but laughed.
"Tell them, I am going nowhere! The battle for souls in this land must be won, and Jesus has won the victory!" She said confidently.
"Ooooo... Why are you this stubborn? How many times will I tell you to leave this town, but you keep proving stubborn. Omasan, leave Ogun-Aja! It is not a land for kids like you!" Uja said to her.
"The last time I checked I am almost approaching 30. I am not a kid, Samuel!" She said boldly, and Uja became angry.
"Why didn't I sacrifice you when I had the chance? Ah! You want to lose your precious life because of your stubbornness! Okay, let me calm down...(he took a deep breath) Let me do it softly. Omasan, please. You're all I have left of our family. I refused to sacrifice you when I had the chance to, because I love you. Please, for the sake of our family bond and blood, just leave this town. Go out of this LGA. Relocate to Lagos, Abuja or any State. Please, I beg you. My life is at stake here!" Uja pleaded, kneeling down (something he would never do, not even to the king of the land).
Omasan was almost carried away by her emotions, but she remained resolute.
"Samuel, I am going nowhere! This is the land of my birth, and I have a mandate from God to deliver the souls of men, women, boys and girls from the cage of the devil and bring them to the light of Jesus Christ. The death of Jesus on the..." She was interrupted by Uja who shouted her down with another slap.
"Shut up! I said, shut up!" He said angrily, hitting her with the palm of his hands.
"You know the powers you trust have no effect on me. Samuel, Jesus died to save you! Come out of this chains around your waist!" Omasan said to him, crying.
"Don't say I didn't warn you!" Uja said and left her house in anger.
As he stepped out, all the neighbours, who knew him began to run inside, and locked their doors.
